This event is sponsored as part of the Fortifying Liberty’s Legacy: Cultivating Informed Citizens through History & Innovation program, a collaborative project coordinated by the UC Irvine Teacher Academy. The program will create learning opportunities for over 400 K-12 secondary history and civics teachers that will commemorate the founding of the United States through professional development seminars, institutes, and a conference–all focused on documents and principles foundational and important to understanding the United States.
